Study on Energy-saving Intelligent PID Expert Control System of Hydraulic Excavator

Abstract: Based on the discussion of the energy-saving control system method and theory of home-made excavator and the overseas in detail, a new control system-the intelligent PID expert control system under divided status has been successfully developed from the point of view of saving energy, based on the advantages of the speed control system and the pressure control system. Computer simulation and experimental test are both carried out according to this theory.
