Abstract: Bulldozing resistances of model blade have been tested in different working media and effects of media on resistance were analyzed.Relationship between bulldozing resistance and cutting angle was discussed.Medium particle flow along blade surface and adhesion to it were observed.A mathematical model of blade bulldozing resistance in different working media has been established according to the resistance curves regressed from test data, providing a basis for blade performance analysis in blade and its rod lever system software of 320 HP crawler bulldozer.
