盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪的示波极谱滴定分析

摘要: 在0.5 mol/L NaAc-HAc(pH=5.4)介质和底液条件下, 盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪可与Na-TPB反应生成沉淀, 以在示波极谱图上切口出现TPB沉淀指示滴定终点. 此法用于盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪药物制剂的直接滴定, 获得了满意结果.

Abstract: Promethazine hydrochloride and chloropromazine hydrochloride were determined by oscillopolarographic titration with sodium tetraphenylborate(Na-TPB) as titrant. TPB gives a sharp oscillopolarographic incision in 0~5 mol/L NaAc-HAc(pH=5.4), which can be used to indicate the end point of the titration. The characteristics of the method are simple, quick and exact. The results are satisfactory.
