介孔材料MCM-41和半导体的组装与表征

摘要: 在室温下制备介孔材料MCM-41, 将稀土离子铕和半导体材料CdS组装到MCM-41孔道中, 制得CdS/Eu-MCM-41复合介孔材料. 采用X射线衍射、 红外光谱、 N2吸附脱附、 紫外-可见漫反射和激发与发射光谱等技术对样品的结构性能进行表征. 结果表明, 复合材料CdS/Eu-MCM-41仍保持MCM-41的六方有序结构, 并证明Eu3+和CdS组装到介孔孔道中. 荧光光谱显示复合介孔材料发出荧光, 并且在组装体中CdS的吸收边发生明显蓝移.

Abstract: Mesoporous material MCM-41 was prepared at room temperature, then rare earth ion Eu and semiconductors CdS were assembled in the channel of MCM-41. The CdS/Eu-MCM-41 samples were characterized by XRD, FTIR, nitrogen adsorption, UV-Vis and fluorescence measurement. Results show that the CdS/Eu-MCM-41 samples possess the mesoporous MCM-41 structures with ordered hexagonal arrangement after Eu3+ and CdS was assembled in the channel of MCM-41. In addition, an obvious blue shift was observed and the luminescence characteristics of the assembled CdS/Eu-MCM-41 were intensified.
