摘要:

对微波等离子体光谱仪进行改装, 使微波等离子体反应器对污染物中的甲醛和SO2进行降解, 实验结果表明两种物质均能得到有效去除, 并总结了放电状态、 载气流量、 类型、 进样质量浓度和pH值的改变对污染物去除效果的影响, 分析了反应过程中出现的降解趋势.

Abstract:

Based on the advantages of available micro plasma technology, our modified microwave plasma reactor was used for the degradation of two principle air pollutants, formaldehyde (HCHO), sulfur dioxide (SO2). The experimental results show that HCHO as well as SO2 were degraded significantly. The effects of the discharge current, carrier gas flowrate and types, inlet HCHO and SO2 concentration and pH were also investigated and their contributions to the degradation were explained.
