摘要:

通过微弧氧化技术, 以0.2 mol/L磷酸二氢钠和0.4 mol/L醋酸钙为电解液体系, 设定不同的正向电流密度, 研究正向电流对在纯钛表面制备氧化物陶瓷膜形态的影响.  在纯钛表面制备了含有TiO2和羟基磷灰石成份的陶瓷膜,  结果表明, 当正向电流密度为15 A/dm2和20 A/dm2时, 陶瓷膜的形态较好.

Abstract:

The  effect  of anodic current density on morphology of oxide ceramic membrane prepared by means of microarc oxidation on pure titanium was studied with  0.2 mol/L NaH2PO4 and 0.4 mol/L (CH3COO)2Ca as electrolytes. The results show that   TiO2 and hydroxyapatite ceramic membrane   formed on the surface of pure titanium. The morphology of  ceramic membrane   is better when   the anodic current densities are 15 A/dm2 and 20 A/dm2.
