Effect of Hydrothermal Synthesis Temperature on Morphologyand Photocatalytic Degradation in Dye of Ag3PO4

摘要: 在水热反应体系中的不同温度下合成可见光催化剂Ag3PO4, 并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 Fourier变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对其进行表征, 进行光降解实验. 结果表明: 随着水热反应温度的升高, Ag3PO4的粒径逐渐增大, 形貌趋于规则; 当温度为110 ℃时, 光催化剂Ag3PO4表面出现少量Ag3PO4基元, 随着温度的升高, 表面基元增多; Ag3PO4降解阳离子染料--罗丹明B(RhB)高于降解阴离子染料〖CD2〗甲基橙(MO)的效率; 合成的180-APO在光照20min时降解率最大, MO和RhB的降解率分别达96.45%和99.73%; 空穴正离子h+与超氧基负离子·O-2为催化体系中的主要活性基团.

Abstract: We synthesized visible light catalyst Ag3PO4 under different temperatures in the hydrothermal reaction system. It was characterized by Xray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR), and the photodegradation experiments were carried out. The results show that with the increase of the hydrothermal reaction temperature, the partical size of Ag3PO4  increases gradually, and the morphology tends to rule; when the temperature is 110 ℃, a small amount of Ag3PO4 primitives are found on the surface of the photocatalyst Ag3PO4 , and the surface primitives increase with the increase of temperature; efficiency of Ag3PO4 degradation of  cationic dye—rhodamine B (RhB) is higher than that of degrading anionicdye—methyl orange (MO); the degradation rate of 180-APO is the highest after 20 min exposure to visible light, and the degradation rates of MO and RhB are 96.45% and 99.73%, respectively; the hole positive ions h+ and superoxide anion ·O-2 are the main active groups in the catalytic system.
