摘要: 针对彩色图像边缘自适应阈值设置的问题, 利用反应扩散方程的动力学性质, 通过优化反应扩散方程的扩散系数, 提出一种基于反应扩散方程的细胞神经网络彩色图像边缘检测方法, 使阈值更具适应性. 结果表明, 通过基于FitzHugh-Nagumo反应扩散方程改进的细胞神经网络可更好地进行彩色图像边缘检测, 与几种常用方法进行实验对比的结果也表明, 该方法在检测彩色图像边缘上既能保证检测边缘的准确性, 又能很好地保持图像边缘的颜色信息, 并在定量和定性分析中优于其他几种常用方法.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of adaptive threshold setting of color image edge, by using the dynamic properties of the reaction-diffusion equation and optimizing the diffusion coefficient of the reaction-diffusion equation, the author proposed a cellular neural network color image edge detection method based on the reaction-diffusion equation to make the threshold more adaptive. The results show that the improved cellular neural network based on FitzHugh-Nagumo reaction-diffusion equation can better detect the edge of color image. Compared with several common methods, the experimental results also show that this method can not only ensure the accuracy of edge detection, but also maintain the color information of image edge, it is superior to other common methods in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
