Abstract:
Four kinds of main hosenkosides named as hosenkosides K,A,C,B were used as the indexes of total hosenkosides extracted from the seeds of Impatiens balsamina L. The effects of the density, pH and the rate of the flow of the solution on the adsorption properties of the resin were investigated through the orthogonal test, establishing the adsorption conditions. The results show that the solutions were combined after filtration and evaporated to the 6 times the material weight in vacuum. The solution at pH 6.0 was passed through the AB8 macroporous resin at a flow rate of 3 volumes of the resin in 1 h, then eluted by 80% ethanol. This way could collect the total hosenkosides, in which the content of the sum of four hosenkosides K,A,C,B was in the highest point.
Key words: Impatiens balsamina L.; total hosenkoside, macroporous resin, orthogonal test
