Numerical Calculation of the Inverse Scattering Problemfor Grating by Optimization Method

We considered the inverse diffraction of a timeharmonic wave incidence upon a periodic structure (grating) by near field data. First, based on the Rayleigh assumption, we approximated the scattered field by Fourier method. Then, the inverse scattering problem was solved by an optimization method. The numerical experiments show that the incident angles affect the numerical results.

The authors adopted “bidirectional decomposition” to decompose the large scale goal programming model with trapezoidal structure into several subproblems. Then the relations of their optimal solutions among the subproblems as well as those between the large scale multiobjective programming and each of its subproblems were studied. Under particular conditions, it has
been proved that the optimal solutions of transverse and longitudinal subproblems consist of the large scale problem’s optimal solutions.

By means of geometries of Banach spaces and Orlicz spaces method, the characterizations over uniform rotundity of the Orlicz function spaces equipped with the generalized Orlicz norm was discussed. For the Orlicz function spaces generated by a Nfunction whose derivative on the right is convex and equipped with the generalized Orlicz norm, both sufficient and necessary conditions were presented to make them be uniform rotund.

By means  of Ito formula, BDG inequality and Hlder inequality, the estimation of the solutions for stochastic functional differential equations with infinite delay was studied in Cg space. The p-th moment estimation, the sample Liapunov exponential estimation and the continuity for the p-th moment of solution to the system were obtained.

This paper presents an algorithm for the subfield problem based on the minimal polynomials of the number fields. The algorithm is guaranteed to success and only lifts some special factors after factoring polynomials mod p. The experimental results show that it is more efficient than the algorithm based on the factorization over number fields in most cases.

The authors investigated the existence of positive solutions of the boundary value problems for fractional differential equation with integral boundary conditions. By using the fixed point theorem in cones, some new results of  existence of at least one positive solution for the boundary value problem were obtained. Corresponding examples were presented to illustrate the application of the main results.

The existence of traveling wave solutions of  non\|local delayed lattice differential equations was proved by constructing two associated auxiliary delayed lattice differential equations with quasimonotonicity and using the Schauder’s fixed point theorem. The result implies that the traveling wave solutions of the delayed lattice differential equations with crossingmonostability are persistent for all  values of the delay.

A homotopy interior point method was proposed to solve fixed point problems in unbounded nonconvex sets. Combining the selfmapping Φ(x) with the gradients of constrained functions, we constructed a set of unbounded conditions. Based on those unbounded conditions, we gave the constructive proof of the existence of fixed points,  obtaining the global convergence results of the homotopy interior point method.

This paper concerns with a class of parabolic systems with boundary degeneracy. The governed equations are weakly degenerate and satisfy homogeneous Neumann boundary value condition at the boundary where the equations are degenerate. With the help of detailed and complicated estimates, we established the Carleman inequality and the observability inequality. Thus the systems are shown to be null controllable.

The authors proposed the Bayesian method to estimate the parameters in a special time vary parameter autoregression model(TVPAR model). Assuming that  coefficient parameters are uniform, and variance is inverse gamma distribution, we got the iterate steps of all parameters by means of  MCEM algorithm. Simulation and a real data analysis were performed to illustrate the proposed estimation method.

This article implements the algorithm of using a random eventthe mouse movement tracks to produce real random numbers. Compared with the usual randomnumberproducing algorithm based on mouse, this one enjoys a higher randomicity in the process of sampling and getting original data. In addition, it does not need the extra circuit or facilities that other physical processes, the algorithms producing real random number. As a result, its costs will be reduced and the problem of a high expanse to produce real random numbers will be solved. The result of testing the uniformity and independence of the random numbers generated shows that the numbers produced by this algorithm have a fine statistical property. Moreover, the result of testing its program execution time proves that its time expending is very short.

To enhance the performance of data retrieval, the authors used cache approach, designed rational cache structure and presented a distributed file caching algorithm based on aging algorithm. In the concrete realization part of the cache, the LRU (least recently used) algorithm was used, which is a excellent approximation algorithm: the aging algorithm, which was transferred a page replacement algorithm into a file cache replacement algorithm, and in the process, it inherited the advantages of the aging algorithm. The evaluation results show that the improved approach is effective.

We proposed a segmentation algorithm for objects that exhibit relatively homogeneous photometric characteristics, embedded in complex background clutter. And we introduced the global minimization of the active contour model into our proposed method so as to get a fast global minimization effect. By our method, a simple binary classifier can be arrived by summing the logprobability of error, then, followed by the statistics of the data of the lookout region. At last, the result of segmentation can be attained by global minimization method. Experimental results show the superior performance of our method in computational complexity and segmentation accuracy compared to that of the popular method of C-V model.

The authors proposed a new mixed classifier which is based on affinity propagation(AP) clustering algorithm and support vector machine(SVM). Using affinity propagation clustering algorithm which optimizes data set, we will get the highquality, small sample training data for SVM classifier, which resolves the problem of support vector machine classification inaccuracy. Experimental results show that the mixed model obtains higher classification accuracy and is better than traditional support vector machine. Especially applied to predicting heart disease, the proposed classifier obtains better results.

The cold rolling strip surface defect detection system based on machine vision was designed with multiclassification and modularization idea. For realizing realtime characteristics of system, highspeed linear CCD camera and relational highspeed fiber image collection card, highspeed FPGA image processing card designed by ourselves were adopted in hardware; RTAILinux operation system and parallel processing method were adopted in software. Image segmentation parallelization experiment result indicates that the processing speed of quadcore processor is 3.2 times faster than that of single core; and the system’s performance is improved effectively.

We extended the concept of flow fragment and proposed three types of flow fragment groups. Moreover, the concepts of phenomenon and goal were described and the phenomenonbased indistinguishable flow fragments (or flow fragment groups) were defined. We constructed the mapping relationship between the sets of flow fragments and of phenomenons, as well as between the sets of phenomena and of goals. The hierarchical process of the set of flow fragments, based on multiple knowledge, was formally described. This can provide the sharable and reusable knowledge database and the transformation mechanism for the hierarchical abstraction process of physical world.

Based on Lyapunov stability theory and the adaptive control method, the adaptive controllers with corresponding parameter adaptive laws were designed for a class of delayed chaotic systems. The theory result  proves that the designed controllers and adaptive law could achieve the anti-synchronization of delayed chaotic systems with uncertain parameters,   identifying the uncertain parameters. Numerical simulations show that the method are correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method. Furthermore, we also analyzed the effect of control modulator  Ω.

The pressure dependence of electrical resistivity of WSe2 was observed by means of  in situ high pressure electrical resistivity measurement in a   range of 0—48.2 GPa . The temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity of WSe2 was measured under different  pressures. The results show that the pressure response of the electrical resistivity of WSe2 was associated with the conduction of pressure-|induced ionization of impurity levels; owing to the pressure induced band gap closure, WSe2 sample underwent an isostructural semiconductor\|metal phase transition at 38.1 GPa.

The dose distribution of 125I source in water was studied by means of Monte Carlo simulations and thermo luminescent dosemeter (TLD) method, and the results were compared. The results show that when 125I source activity was 1.37×107 Bq, the radial distances of 125I source were 0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2 cm, the dose rates of 125I with MCNP method were 11.7,3.3,1.5,0.8 mGy/h, TLD  measurements were 12.2,3.1,1.3,0.7 mGy/h;  125I source radial dose rate decreased rapidly with increasing distance.

The authors studied the inclusions in diamond synthesized from Fe\|Ni catalyst and formation mechanism. The results show that the  main components of the inclusions were Fe-Ni catalyst and Fe3C in diamond, and the puncate distribution of the inclusions  increased gradually with the increasing growth rate of the diamond,  and the growth models for the incorporation of the inclusions were  different at different temperatures, and the hardness of the synthesized diamond decreased with the increasing of the  inclusions in diamond.  The authors synthesized the extra low inclusions, and the  size of the  diamond single cryststals is about  0.6—0.7 mm by means of the adjustment of the synthesis technology.

A new type of epoxy resin containing biphenyl  structure/organomontmorillonite nanocomposites was reported, which was based on 3,3′,5,5′tetramethyldiphenoldiglycidyl ether and OMMT. The interlayer spacing  of the OMMT, corresponding to the d(001) plane peak was 2.33 nm. The curing reaction kinetics of the TMBP/MMT system was studied by means of nonisothermal DSC. Based on the Kissinger method, the apparent activation energy (Δ E) was calculated to be 51.25 kJ/mol. The reaction order (n=0.88) was calculated according to Crane theory. The influences of the content of OMMT on the intercalation and exfoliation structures of TMBP/DDM/MMT composites were investigated by wide Xray diffraction (WXRD). The Xray patterns reveal that only at the lower content of OMMT, could the exfoliation nanocomposites be formed. The mechanical and thermal  properties of the composites were measured. The results indicate that the composites have better mechanical properties and higher Tg than the pristine epoxy resin.

The authors synthesized two porphyrin monomers with different substituents and four porphyrin oligomers with different bridglinked reagents according to the literatures. The electrochemical properties of the porphyrins were studied by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and compared with those of other porphyrin molecules under similar experimental conditions. It was found that porphyrin monomer linked with an electrondonating group was easy to reduce. The electrochemical properties of porphyrin oligomers were influenced by bridgelinked reagents and conjugative effect of porphyrin molecules.

Four kinds of main hosenkosides named as hosenkosides K,A,C,B were used as the indexes of total hosenkosides extracted from the seeds of Impatiens balsamina L. The effects of the density, pH and the rate of the flow of the solution on the adsorption properties of the resin were investigated through the orthogonal test, establishing the adsorption conditions. The results show that the solutions were combined after filtration and evaporated to the 6 times the material weight in vacuum. The solution at pH 6.0 was passed through the AB8 macroporous resin at a flow rate of 3 volumes of the resin in 1 h, then eluted by 80% ethanol. This way could collect the total hosenkosides, in which the content of the sum of four hosenkosides K,A,C,B was in the highest point.

Naringin in grapefruit peel was determined by matrix solidphase dispersion extraction coupled with capillary electrophoresis detection. The diatomaceous earth was used as dispersion adsorbant, methanol was used as elution solvent, and capillary electrophoresis was applied to separation and detection of the analyte. The experimental parameters for the extraction, including the type and amount of dispersion adsorbant, the type and amount of elution solvent, and the mass ratio of diatomaceous earth to sample were examined and optimized. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the sample and the recovery of the analyte was 79.2% and the detection limit was 1.5 μg/mL. The method was simple, the amount of solvent was small, and analytical time was short.

The structure of HBCS was characterized by FTIR and solid state 13C NMR, and the results prove that the hydroxybutyl has been successfully connected to chitosan molecular chain. The degree of hydroxybutyl substitution estimated by means of elemental ananlysis is 1.2. Besides, HBCS exhibited good watersolubility and could dissolve in aqueous solutions in a broader pH range. Incomparison with CS, HBCS shows a poorer thermostability. This is because the modified reaction destroys the crystalline region of chitosan. Antibacterial activities of CS and the modified derivative were explored by turbidity method. The results show that HBCS exhibits antibacterial activity against E.coli and S.aureus, and with the increase of concentration, the antibacterial effect enhances obviously. It was found that the antimicrobial activity of HBCS is weaker
 than that of CS under the same mass concentrations.

Comparison of Three Spatial Interpolation Methods for |Statistical Processing of Lead Monitoring Data in Road Dust

Taking the concentrations of lead in the monitoring and analysis data of the road dust in Longyan city as an example, we made spatial interpolation study for pollutant concentration using three types of representative interpolation methods in geostatistics, inverse distance weighted (IDW), radial basis function (RBF) and ordinary Kriging (OK). By validating and appraising the resu
lt, we compared the three interpolation methods. Among the total 56 samples, 44 road dust samples were used for interpolation, and the rest 12 samples were used for validation. Compared with those of other interpolation methods, the ME of OK is -0.129 6, the RMSE of OK is 24.19. OK is apparently better than IDW and RBF for describing the error parameters. The results of comparison indicate that OK shows the best result in characterizing spatial distribution trend of pollutant concentration; IDW and RBF interpolate methods show less accuracy for the spatial distribution of lead elements.
