HPLC Determination of Oroxin A and Oroxin B inOroxylum indicum (L.) Vent

Abstract:

An HPLC method was used for the determination of Oroxin A and Oroxin B in Oroxylum indicum (L.) Vent. A COSMOSILC18MS
Ⅱ(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of V(methanol)∶V(φ(phosphoric acid water)=0.2%)=4∶6, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength of VWD detector was set at 278 nm and the column temperature was 25.0 ℃. The linear range of Oroxin A was 0.05—2.0 μg (r2=0.999 9), and the mean recovery was 101.14%(RSD=1.07%, n=6); the linear range of Oroxin B was 0.050—2.0 μg (r2=0.999 9), and the mean recovery was 100.41%(RSD=2.26%, n=6).
