3种玻璃陶瓷与Wieland Zenostar氧化锆相互摩擦的耐磨性比较

Comparison of wear resistance of three kinds of glass ceramics and Wieland Zenostar zircona

摘要: 目的:探讨3种玻璃陶瓷与Wieland Zenostar氧化锆(简称Zenostar)相互摩擦的耐磨性差异,阐明其影响因素。方法:Zenostar做成平面型(锆片组)和半球型(锆球组),3种玻璃陶瓷IPS Empress CAD (简称Empress)、IPS e.max CAD (简称e.max)和VITA Suprinity (简称Suprinity)分别作为其对磨材料,置于UMT-2微摩擦磨损试验机上,在人工唾液环境下进行二体磨损,模拟口腔内使用过程。使用激光共聚焦显微镜检测平面试样的磨损深度,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察分析磨损表面。结果:锆片组,3种玻璃陶瓷对Zenostar产生的最大磨损深度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);锆球组,Zenostar对3种玻璃陶瓷及Zenostar基底样本产生的最大磨损深度由小到大依次为Zenostar组< e.max组≈Empress组< Suprinity组,e.max组与Empress组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SEM观察,锆片组中Zenostar磨损表面均较光滑,多为磨粒磨损;锆球组中Empress表面磨损最为严重,可见大面积碎片剥脱面,表面粗糙不平。结论:3种玻璃陶瓷与Zenostar相互摩擦的耐磨性与材料本身组成成分和化学结构有关。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the differences of wear resistance of three kinds of glass ceramics and Wieland Zenostarzircona (Zenostar),and to clarify their influencing factors.Methods: Zenostar were made into flat-shaped specimens(zirconia base sample group) and hemisphere-shaped specimens (zirconia pair grinding group).There kinds of glass ceramics IPS Empress(Empress),IPS e.max CAD(e.max),VITA Suprinity (Suprinty) were used as base specimens.Each group was exposed to UMT-2 testing machine to simulate the clinical service.The wear depthes of base specimens were detected by laser confocal scanning.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to evaluate the wear surfaces.Results: In zirconia base sample group,there were no significant differences in the maximum wear depthes to Zenostar between the three kinds of glass ceramics(P>0.05).In zirconia pair grinding group, the maximum wear depthes ranked as follows:Zenostar groupP>0.05),but there were significant differences between other groups (P<0.01).The SEM results showed that the wearing surface of the Zenostar in zirconia base sample group was relatively smooth;whereas the wearing surface of Empress in zirconia pair grinding group was rougher with alarge area of clebris desquamation surface.Conclusion: The wear resistance of the three kinds of glass ceramics to Zenostar is related to the compositions and the chemical structures of materials.
