60Co放射治疗过程中膀胱的受照剂量

摘要: 目的:研究几种条件下 60Co放射治疗恶性肿瘤时膀胱受照剂量,以便改进治疗方案,减少和预防放射性膀胱炎的发生。方法:采用热释光方法配以仿真人体模型模拟 60Co放射治疗过程,对患者膀胱受照剂量进行监测。结果:在1个根治性治疗疗程内,盆腔前后位、后前位和胸腔前后位、后前位及下颈前野照射所致膀胱受照剂量分别为42.8、25.9、0.33、0.17和0.06 Gy。结论:盆腔前后位、后前位 60Co照射所致膀胱受照剂量较大,可能是导致放射性膀胱炎的主要原因。

Abstract: Objective To study the irradiation doses in several kinds of 60Co radiotherapy patients in order to improve the treatment project, reduce and prevent radio-cystitis. Methods The method of thermoluminescence with a model of imitating human was adopted, radiotherapy course of 60Co was imitated,the irradiation dose of bladder in patients was monitored. Results In a radical cure course of treatment, the irradiation-induced bladder doses of anterior-posterior (AP) and posterior-anterior (PA) of pelvis cavity, AP and PA of chest cavity and front region of lower neck were 42.8,27.5,0.33,0.17, and 0.06 Gy, respectively. Conclusion The irradiation doses of bladder in AP and PA of pelvis cavity are bigger than those in other mode, which may be the main reason for radio-cystitis.
