抑癌基因PTEN单核苷酸多态性与喉癌的关系

Association between anti-oncogene PTEN single nucleotide polymorphism and laryngocarcinoma

摘要:

目的:探讨抑癌基因PTEN单核苷酸多态性与中国北方汉族人群喉癌的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,检测149例喉癌患者(病例组)和104名健康者(对照组)的PTEN基因rs1903858和rs701848位点的基因型,应用SPSS 10.0分析PTEN的基因多态性与喉癌的关系。结果:PTEN基因rs1903858和rs701848位点的基因型频数分布在病例组和对照组均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律(P>0.05);病例组rs1903858和rs701848两个SNPs等位基因及基因型的频数分布与对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:PTEN基因的rs2735343和rs701848基因多态性可能与中国北方汉族人群喉癌的发生无关。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective To investigate the genetic association between the PTEN single polymorphisms and laryngocarcinoma in Chinese Han population.Methods The method of PCR-based restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis was used to detect the genotypes of rs1903858 and rs701848 of PTEN gene in 253 subjects,including 149 sporic laryngocarcinoma patients(case group) and 104 controls(control group).The association between anti-oncogene PTEN single nucleotide polymorphism and laryngocarcinoma was analyzed with SPSS10.0. Results The genotypic frequencies of the 2 SNPs of anti-oncogene PTEN did not deviate from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in both case and control groups.The allelic and genotypic frequencies of the 2 SNPs had no remarkable differences between case and control groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Neither rs1903858 nor rs701848 of the PTEN gene has no association with laryngocarcinoma  in Chinese Han population.
