刺五加果的抗疲劳作用

Anti-fatigue effect of Acanthopanax senticosus fruits

摘要:

目的:研究刺五加果的抗疲劳作用,探讨其抗疲劳作用机制,为开发利用刺五加资源提供实验依据。方法:超声提取法提取刺五加果实,制备刺五加果实水提液。采用耐力游泳小鼠为抗疲劳动物模型,随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组和3个不同剂量(0.5、1.0和1.5 g/mL)刺五加果实组(每组10只)。通过对力竭游泳时间、肝糖原、肌糖原、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血乳酸(LAC)和血尿素氮(BUN)等指标的测定,检测刺五加果实水提液抗疲劳效果。结果:与阴性和阳性对照组比较,刺五加果实不同剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间明显延长(P<0.01);运动小鼠LDH活力显著提高,LAC及BUN水平降低 (P<0.01);运动后小鼠肝糖原和肌糖原储备量显著提高,有氧运动糖份供给增加;运动小鼠SOD活力增高(P<0.05)。结论:刺五加果具有抗疲劳作用,其机制是通过保证中枢及运动肌糖供给实现的。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective
To study the anti-fatigue effect of the water extract of Acanthopanax senticosus fruits and its mechanism,and provide experimental basis for exploration and utilization Acanthopanax senticosus resources. Methods Acanthopanax senticosus fruits were extracted by ultrasonic method and their aqueous extract was prepared.The mouse models of anti-fatigue were randomly divided into negative control,positive control and different doses of aqneous extract from Acanthopanax senticosns fruits groups.The anti-fatigue effect of aqueous extract from Acanthopanax senticosus fruits was observed through determining the exhaustive swimming time and the contents of hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen,superoxide dismutase (SOD),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),blood lactic acid(LAC) as well as blood urea nitrogen(BUN) with stamina swimming mice as animal models of anti-fatigue. Results Compared with negative control and positive control groups,the loaded swimming time of mice was prolonged in different doses groups of aqueous extract from Acanthopanax senticosus fruits(P<0.01);and the serum LDH activity was increased and the contents of LAC and BUN were decreased after exercise(P<0.01). The levels of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen of postexercise mice were improved;and the more sugar for aerobic athletics was increased;the SOD activity of exercising mice was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus fruits have anti-fatigue effects.
