生姜提取物对X射线损伤小鼠睾丸酶的影响

摘要: 目的:研究生姜提取物对X射线损伤小鼠睾丸酶的作用。 方法:分别以高剂量(9.3 mL•kg-1)、中剂量(4.7 mL•kg-1)和低剂量(2.3 mL•kg-1)的生姜提取物(以植物油溶解)给小鼠灌胃,以剂量为2.0 Gy的X射线一次性全身照射,24 h后观察不同组小鼠睾丸酶活性的变化,同时设阴性对照组(只给予植物油)和阳性对照组(给予植物油后与生姜提取物各实验组同时照射)。 结果:生姜提取物高剂量组小鼠睾丸中的葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)活性降低(P<0.05),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)明显升高(P<0.05);低剂量组G-6-PD酶活性明显提高,LDH与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);山梨酸脱氢酶(SDH)各组之间均差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论:适当剂量的生姜提取物对X射线照射导致的小鼠睾丸酶活性的变化具有一定的稳定作用。

Abstract: Objective To research the effects of extract of ginger on testis enzymes of X-ray irradiated mice. Methods Mice were treated with three different doses of extract of ginger:high dose (9.3 mL•kg-1), middle dose (4.7 mL•kg-1) ,and low dose (2.3 mL•kg-1). All mice were irradiated once with 2.0 Gy X-ray. At the same time, the negative group (treated with vegetable oil only) and positive one (irradiated as well as extract of ginger groups after treated with vegetable oil) were set up. The changes of activities of enzymes in testes of mice were observed. Results After irradiated, in the group of high dose the activity of G-6-PD was decreased but the activity of LDH was increased (P<0.05); in the group of low dose, the activity of G-6-PD was increased while compared with control group, LDH had no significant difference (P>0.05). In every group, SDH had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The proper dose of extract of ginger has significant effects on stabilization of testis enzymes of X-ray irradiated mice.
