鸡甲胺磷中毒迟发性神经病的病理特点及神经电生理变化

Pathological characterization and neuroelectrophysiological changeson delayed neuropathy induced by methamidophos in hens

摘要: 目的:了解鸡甲胺磷中毒迟发性神经病的周围神经与肌肉不同时间病理变化特点及其与神经电生理检查结果的关系。方法:50只Leghorn鸡,甲胺磷经消化道染毒,阿托品保持度过急性期,染毒后分别在第1、2、3、4、8周末取腓总神经、腓肠肌、坐骨神经检测。结果:腓总神经第2周末出现髓鞘轻微改变,第3、4周末出现部分神经纤维变性﹑髓鞘深染、轴索肿胀,第8周明显好转;腓肠肌坏死在第3、4周最为明显;电生理检测坐骨神经波幅在染毒后1周有明显降低,第8周恢复正常。结论:电生理检查可早期发现病变,肌肉及神经的病理改变可作为判定预后的指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate pathological characteristics of peripheral nerves and muscles and the relationship between these changes and neuroelectrophysiological changes after methamidophos poisoning in hens. Methods Fifty Leghorn hens were divided into 5 groups at random(n=10). Experimental groups were given methamidophos through a cannula by mouth and were injected atropine sulfate to live through urgent period. The per oneal nerves, gastrocnemius muscles and sciatic nerves were taken at the end of first, second ,third, fouth and eighth week. Morphological study was carried out. Results Mild myelinated fiber abnormalities were found in peroneal nerves at end of second week in experimental group. Nerve fiber degenerat ion, heaven-stained myelin sheath and axonal swelling were occurred at end of the third and fourth week. Fiber necrosis in the gastrocnemius muscles were seen at the third and fourth week. Low amplitude was shown in neuroelectrophysiological examination of sciatic nerves at first week after poisoning. Till the eighth week, motor nerve conduction velocity and terminal latent period renewed to normal. Conclusion Earlier pathological changes can be found by neuroel ectrophysiological examination, while neuropathological changes of peripheral n erves and muscles can be used to judge prognosis.
