除草剂2-甲基-4氯苯氧乙酸对雌性小鼠的毒性作用

Toxic effects of weedicide 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid on female mice

摘要: 目的:观察2-甲基-4氯苯氧乙酸(MCPA)经口染毒对雌性小鼠的毒性作用。 方法:根据经口LD50,分别以20、100和200 mg•kg-1的MCPA经口给雌性小鼠染毒,测定小鼠的体重,脾的脏器系数,血中甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)及胆固醇含量。结果:染毒期间,中、高剂量组小鼠体重明显低于对照组(P<0.05),高剂量组血中T4明显低于其他各组(P<0.05),中、高剂量组血中TSH明显低于对照组和低剂量组,而胆固醇明显增高。脾的脏器系数各染毒组均低于对照组。 结论:除草剂MACP在本实验条件下可导致雌性小鼠的生长发育障碍,甲状腺素合成障碍,内分泌功能失调,血胆固醇升高,且可使脾脏萎缩。

Abstract: Objective To observe the toxic effects of 2-metheyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (MCPA) on female mice. Methods The different doses of MCPA (20,100, and 200 mg•kg-1. Weight.p.o) were given to the mice. The weight,the levels of T4,TSH, and cholesterol in serum, and the organ coefficient of spleen were analyzed. Results In mid-,high-dose groups, the weight of mice and level of TSH in serum had significantly lowered than that in the control and low-dose groups, but the level of cholesterol in serum was significantly increased than that in low-dose and control groups. In the high-dose group, the level of T4 in blood was reduced significantly compared with control. Conclusion In the experimental conditions, MCPA can obstruct growing, make endocrine function disorder, and decrease the spleen weight of mice.
