人参皂苷拮抗醋酸铅对大鼠胚胎发育毒性的研究

摘要: 目的:探讨人参皂苷对醋酸铅胚胎发育毒性的拮抗作用。方法:应用全胚胎体外培养技术建立胚胎致畸模型,并进行胚胎发育毒性的拮抗实验。结果:铅对大鼠胚胎有较强的发育毒性作用,并呈剂量—效应关系,人参皂苷可拮抗醋酸铅胚胎发育毒性,使胚胎正常生长。结论:人参皂苷对铅所致胚胎畸形有较好的拮抗作用,并可均衡地促进胚胎的分化和发育。

Abstract: Objective To explore the antagonism of ginsenoside to the toxicity of embryo development induced by acetic lead in rat. Methods The embryo teratogenic model in rat was established by whole embryo culture in vitro, antagonistic experiment was made with ginsenoside. Results Acetic lead had stronger developmental toxicity on rat embryo and the relationship of dose-effect was demonstrated, the developmental toxicity on rat embryo could be antagonized by ginsenoside. Ginsenoside could ensure normal growth of rat embryo. Conclusion Ginsenoside has better antagonism on embryo teratism in rat induced by acetic lead and can proportionately promote the differentiation and development of rat embryo.
