摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：研究基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）和组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)在人肺癌组织中的表达及其与微血管密度（MVD）的关系。方法：免疫组织化学方法检测90例肺癌组织和40例癌周组织中MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达，Ⅷ因子染色计数局部MVD，分析MMP-2和TIMP-2与MVD的关系。结果：免疫组织化学染色结果经IPP软件分析显示，肺癌组织MMP-2的表达值高于癌周组织(P<0.001)，腺癌高于鳞癌（P<0.05），小细胞癌最高（P<0.05），并发淋巴结转移的肺癌组织高于无转移组（P<0.001）；肺癌组织TIMP-2的表达低于癌周肺组织（P<0.001），在各种不同病理类型肺癌中的表达差异无显著性（P>0.0 5），并发淋巴结转移的肺癌组织表达较低（P<0.05）。MMP-2表达强度随着MVD的增高而增强， TIMP-2表达程度随着MVD的增高而减弱（P<0.05）。结论：MMP-2在各种不同病理类型的肺癌组织中有不同程度的表达，MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达水平与肺癌局部的MVD有关。

Abstract: Objective To study the expressions of metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase 2 (TIMP-2) in lung cancer, and their relationships with microvessel density(MVD). Methods The expressions of MMP-2 ,TIMP-2 and Ⅷ factor were tested by immunohistochemical staining in 90 cases of lung cancer tissue and 40 cases of para-cancer lung tissue. Results The immunohist ochenmical staining results analyzed by IPP software indicated that MMP-2 and TIMP-2 expressed in all pathological types of lung cancer. The expreesion level of MMP-2 in lung cancer tissue was higher than that in para-cancer tissue(P<0.001),it was higher in adenocarcinoma than that in squamous carcinoma(P<0.05),and was the highest in SCLC(P<0.01);the expresion level in lung cancertissue with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in lung cancer tisse without lymph node metastasis(P<0.001).The expression level of TIMP-2 in lung cancer tissue was lower than that in para-cancer tissue(P<0.00 1),there was no significant difference between various pathological types of lung cancer(P<0.05) ;the expression level of TIMP-2 in lung cancer with lymph node metastasis was lower(P<0.05) .The expression level of MMP-2 increased and TIMP-2 decreased with the increasing of MVD.Conclusion Expressions of MMP-2 in differet tissue are on different levels. The expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 protein are closely correlated with the MVD of lung cancer.
