玉米花丝饮品对糖尿病鼠的降血糖作用

Action of corn filament beverage on fallingblood sugar in diabetic rats and mice

摘要: 目的:观察玉米花丝饮品(CFB)对糖尿病大鼠及小鼠降血糖作用,为玉米花丝浸提物在降糖药物和功能食品中应用提供科学依据。方法:60只大鼠随机分为空白对照组(纯净水)、四氧嘧啶模型组、康立舒胶囊(0.7 g•kg-1)组及7.00、3.50、1.75 mL•kg-1 CFB 3个剂量组(n=10),眶静脉采血法测血糖,取肝脏测肝糖元含量。72只小鼠随机分为空白对照组(纯净水)、四氧嘧啶模型组、康立舒胶囊(1.0 g•kg-1)组及10.0、5.0、2.5 mL•kg-1CFB 3个剂量组(n=12),检测指标及方法同上。取72只小鼠,分组方法同上,腹腔注射盐酸肾上腺素,断头取血法测血糖,取肝脏测肝糖元含量。另取72只小鼠,分组方法同上,尾静脉注射葡萄糖,检测指标及方法同上。结果:与糖尿病大鼠模型组比较,7.00和3.50 mL•kg-1CFB 组血糖明显降低(P<0.01),肝糖元含量均明显增加(P<0.01),且 7.00 mL•kg-1 CFB组优于3.50 mL•kg-1组。与糖尿病小鼠模型组比较, 10.0和5.0 mL•kg-1CFB组血糖明显降低(P<0.01),肝糖元含量明显增加(P<0.01),且10.0 mL•kg-1CFB组优于5.0 mL•kg-1组。与肾上腺素小鼠模型组比较,10.0 mL•kg-1CFB组血糖明显降低(P<0.01);10.0和5.0mL•kg-1CFB组肝糖元含量明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。10.0 mL•kg-1CFB组外源性葡萄糖致高血糖小鼠血糖明显降低(P<0.05),肝糖原含量明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:CFB对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病大鼠或小鼠、肾上腺素血糖升高小鼠及外源 性葡萄糖致血糖升高小鼠具有明显降血糖作用。

Abstract: To study the action of corn filament beverage (CFB)on falling blood sugar in diabetic rats and mice,provide scientific basis for application of corn filament extraction in falling sugar drug or functional food. Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into control group(pure water),alloxan model group,Kanglishu capsule (0.7 g•kg-1) group,and 7.00,3.50,1.75 mL•kg-1 CFB groups(n=10). the orbital vein blood samples were obtained,the contents of blood sugar were determined;The liver samples were obtained and the contents of liver glycogen were determined. 72 mice were randomly divided into control group(pure water),alloxan model group,Kanglishu capsule (1.0 g•kg-1) group,and 10.0,5.0,0.25 mL•kg-1 CFB groups(n=12),the indexes mentioned above were determined.72 mice were divided into 6 groups same as the method mentioned above,the mice were injected adrenalin hydrochloride through abdominal cavity,blood was extracted by decapitation,and the contents of blood sugar and liver glycogen were determined. Another 72 mice were divided and fed same as the method mentioned above,and the mice were injected glucose through caudal vein,the indexes mentioned above were detected. Results Compared with diabetic model rats,the contents of blood sugar in 7.00 and 3.50 mL•kg-1 CFB groups were reduced obviously(P<0.01),and the contents of liver glycogen increased obviously(P<0.01),and 7.00 mL•kg-1 CFB group was prior to 3.50 mL•kg-1 CFB group.Compared with diabetic model mice,the contents of blood sugar in 10.0 and 5.0 mL•kg-1 CFB groups were reduced obviously(P<0.01),and the contents of liver glycogen increased obviously( P<0.01,),and 10.0 mL•kg-1 CFB group was prior to 5.0 mL•kg-1 CFB group. Compared with adrenine model mice,the contents of blood sugar in 10.0 mL•kg-1 CFB group decreased obviously(P<0 .01),and the contents of liver glycogen in 10.0 and 5.0 mL•kg-1 CFB groups were increased obviously(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the blood sugar of hyperglycemia mice in 10.0 mL•kg-1 CFB group was obviously reduced because of exogenous glucose(P<0.05),and the content of liver glycogen was obviously increased(P<0.01). Conclusion CFB has the function of falling blood sugar on alloxan diabetic rats or mice and hyperglycaemia mice induced by adrenine and exogenous glucose.
