CK19和EpCAM在胃癌组织中表达的循证分析

Evidence-based analysis of CK19 and EpCAM expressions in gastric cancer tissues

摘 要] 目的:探讨细胞角蛋白19(CK19)和上皮细胞黏附分子(EpCAM)在胃癌组织中表达的循证实验诊断学价值。方法:应用组织芯片-免疫组化技术检测胃黏膜上皮细胞组织芯片(胃癌31例,良性病变7例,正常胃黏膜16例)中CK19和EpCAM表达差异性,并对染色结果进行循证分析。结果: 良性病变和胃癌组织中CK19和EpCAM的表达率显著高于正常胃黏膜组织 (P<0.05);EpCAM与胃癌的淋巴结转移(b=1.376,P<0.05)、浸润深度(rs=0.514,P<0.05)及TNM分期(rs=0.581,P<0.05)呈正相关关系;并联实验的真实性、可靠性和收益性较CK19和EpCAM单独实验、串联实验高。结论:CK19和EpCAM与胃癌的发生和发展相关,CK19和EpCAM并联实验在胃癌的循征实验诊断中价值较高。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective To explore the evidence-based analysis value of cytokeratin 19 (CK19) and epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) expressions in gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of CK19 and EpCAM in gastric mucosa (including 31 cases of gastric cancer,7 cases of benign lesions and 16 cases of normal tissues) were detected by microarray-immunohistochemical technique,which were assessed in diagnositic value by evidence-based methods. Results The expressions of CK19 and EpCAM in the benign lesions and gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in the normal tissues (P<0.05). EpCAM had significant positive relevance with infiltration degree(rs=0.514,P<0.05),TNM(rs=0.581,P<0.05),and lymph node metastasis(b=1.376,P<0.05).The validity,reliability and profit of parallel experiment were higher than those in separate experiment and series experiment of CK19 and EpCAM. Conclusion CK19 and EpCAM are related with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. The parallel experiment has much more value in evidence-based diagnosis.
