摘要：

目的：系统评价雄激素受体（AR）对三阴性乳腺癌患者生存状况的影响，探讨AR阳性和阴性乳腺癌患者生存率的差异。方法：计算机检索PubMed、Medline、EMbase、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献服务系统（CBM）、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据库和维普数据库中关于AR对三阴性乳腺癌患者生存状况影响的相关研究，采用RevMan 5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果：最终纳入文献9篇，其中英文文献5篇，中文文献4篇，均为队列研究。研究对象1295例，其中AR阴性患者933例，阳性患者362例。文献质量评价，7篇文献得分>7分，2篇文献<7分。合并效应量结果，三阴性乳腺癌AR阳性和阴性患者无病生存率（DFS）和总生存率（OS）比较差异无统计学意义（OR=0.70，95% CI：0.33~1.46，P=0.32；OR=0.41，95% CI：0.17~0.98，P=0.05），AR阳性患者5年DFS和OS明显高于AR阴性患者（OR=0.30，95% CI：0.11~0.86，P=0.02；OR=0.19，95% CI：0.11~0.33，P<0.01）。结论：AR对三阴性乳腺癌患者5年DFS和OS存在积极影响，但尚不能证实其对三阴性乳腺癌患者3年或10年生存率的影响作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the influence of androgen receptor(AR) in the living conditions in the triple-negative breast cancer patients,and to explore whether there is a difference in the survival rates between the breast cancer patients with positive AR and those with negative AR.Methods: PubMed,Medline,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,and VIP databases were systemically searched to collect the published studies about the influence of AR in the living conditions of the patients with triple-negative breast cancer. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.1 software.Results: There were 9 cohort studies were selected for Meta-analysis,4 Chinese and 5 English.1 295 patients included 362 AR+ and 933 AR-.In evaluation of study quality,7 studies scored more than 7,and 2 studies less than 6.The overall survival(OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) of the triple-negative breast cancer patients with AR+ and AR- had no differences (OR=0.70,95%CI:0.33-1.46,P=0.32;OR=0.41,95%CI:0.17-0.98,P=0.05). The 5-year DFS and OS of the AR+ patients were higher than the AR-patients(OR=0.30,95%CI:0.11-0.86,P=0.02;OR=0.19,95%CI:0.11-0.33,P<0.01).Conclusion: AR has a positive impact on the 5-year DFS and OS of the triple-negative breast cancer patients,but its influence in the 3-year and 10-year survival can't be confirmed.
