大脑皮质星形胶质细胞体外条件化培养体系的建立

摘要: 目的:建立大脑皮质星形胶质细胞体外条件化培养体系。 方法:用快速灵敏的MTT比色法测定细胞活力,对纯化细胞进行形态学观察、免疫组化鉴定。结果:经分离、纯化,获得了纯的单一细胞群,星形细胞MTT测定的A值为0.255±0.012。 结论:建立大脑皮质星形胶质细胞体外条件培养体系可以快速、高效得到纯度高的贴壁的星形细胞。

Abstract: Objective To establish the culture system of conditionalization for the astrocytes of cerebral cortex in vitro. Methods The cell activity was determined by means of quick and sensitive MTT colorimetry. The purified cells were observed in morphology and identified in immunohistochemistry. Results The pure and single cell groups passing through separation and purify were obtained. The A value of astrocytes detected with MTT was 0.255±0.012.Conclusion The establishment of culture system of conditionalization for the astrocytes of cerebral cortex in vitro can quickly and effectively obtain the high purity astrocytes.
