柞蚕蛹虫草对老龄大鼠单胺氧化酶活性和脂褐质及羟脯氨酸含量的影响

Effects of Cordyceps militaris(L) Linr on monoamineoxidase activity and contents of lipofuscin andhydroxyproline in senile rats

摘要: 目的:探讨柞蚕蛹虫草对老龄Wistar雄性大鼠组织中的单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)活性、脂褐质及羟脯氨酸含量的影响。 方法:经口给药14 d后,采用紫外比色法测定MAO-B活性,用荧光比色法测定脂褐质含量及分光光度法测定羟脯氨酸含量。 结果:3个老龄实验组的MAO-B活性、脂褐质及羟脯氨酸含量与老龄对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:柞蚕蛹虫草具有降低老龄实验组脑、肝组织中MAO-B活性,降低心、肝、脑组织中羟脯氨酸含量的作用,且能增加皮肤中羟脯氨酸的含量。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of Cordyceps militaris(L) Linr (CML) on monoamine oxidase (MAO-B) activity, and contents of lipofuscin and hydroxyoroline in senile Wistar rats. Methods The activity of MAO-B was detected by ultraviolet-spectrophotometry, the content of lipofuscin was measured by spectrofluorimetry, and the content of hydroxyproline was tested by spectrophotometry 14 days after administration of CML. Results The MAO-B activity, the contents of lipofuscin and hudroxyproline in tissues were significantly different in experimental groups compared with control (P<0.05). Conclusion CML can reduce the MAO-B activity in brain and liver, and decrease the lipofuscin content in heart, liver, and brain. It also can increase hydroxyproline content in skin.
