两种频率次声对豚鼠听阈的影响

Effects of two frequencies infrasound exposure on auditory threshold in guinea pigs

摘要: 目的:探讨两种频率次声(8及12 Hz)暴露下豚鼠听阈的变化。方法:采用慢性乳突包埋电极方法,测试不同频率(8及12 Hz)、不同强度(120及130 dB)的次声暴露(30 h)下豚鼠的听阈变化。将40只豚鼠分成2组,即8 Hz组和12 Hz组。其中每组又分为2小组,即120 dB组和130 dB组。结果:8 Hz和12 Hz的次声在130 dB暴露30 h均可引起豚鼠的永久性阈移(PTS)。结论:两种频率次声在强度≥130 dB时均可引起豚鼠听阈的永久性改变,造成永久性阈移。

Abstract: Objective To study the changes of the auditory threshold after two frequencies infrasound exposure in guinea pigs.Methods The electron was inserted into Fallopian′s canal of guinea pigs for a long time during the experiment. The auditory thresholds in 40 awake guinea pigs exposed to infrasound with various frequencies and intensity were observed systematically. Results The permanent threshold shifting (PTS) was caused after 8 Hz and 12 Hz 130 dB infrasound exposure for 30 h and temporary threshold shifting (TTS) was caused after 120 dB infrasourd exposure for 30 h.Conclusion The Ap(N1) threshold is damaged permanently after 130 dB infrasound exposure.
