海洛因对脑及肌肉组织中腺苷脱氨酶含量的影响

Effects of heroin on concentrations of adenosine deaminase in brain and muscle tissues

摘要: 目的:检测海洛因给药、停药大鼠脑和肌肉组织中腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)含量,探讨海洛因给药对嘌呤核苷酸分解代谢的影响。 方法:建立海洛因给药、停药大鼠模型,测定脑及肌肉组织中的ADA含量。 结果:与对照组比较,给药3 d组大鼠脑和肌肉组织中ADA含量均有增高趋势(P>0.05),给药9 d组显著增高(P<0.05)。与给药9 d组比较,停药3 d组大鼠脑组织中ADA含量下降不显著,停药8 d组明显降低(P<0.01);停药3 d组肌肉组织中ADA含量已明显低于给药9 d组(P<0.01),停药8 d组下降更为显著。 结论:海洛因通过增加ADA的含量,使脑及肌肉组织中嘌呤核苷酸分解代谢增强,且脑组织中这一作用比肌肉组织更显著、持久。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of heroin on purine nucleotides catabolism by testing the adenosine deaminase(ADA) concentrations in brain and muscle tissues in rats which were administrated with heroin. Methods The rat models of heroin administration and withdrawal were established. Concentrations of ADA in brain and muscle tissues were tested. Results When two heroin administration groups were compared with the control group, the ADA concentrations in brain and muscle tissues were increased in the 3-day heroin administration group(P>0.05)and the enhancement of the ADA concentration in the 9-day heroin administration group was more apparent(P<0.05). When two withdrawal groups were compared with the 9-day heroin administration group, the ADA concentration in the brain wasn′t decreased apparently in the 3-day withdrawal group, while the brain ADA concentration in the 8-day withdrawal group was decreased significantly(P<0.01). The muscle ADA concentration in the 3-day withdrawal group was already decreased (P<0.01) and the decrease of that in the 8-day withdrawal group was more significant. Conclusion The administration of heroin can enhance the catabolism of purine nucleotides in brain and muscle tissues by increasing the concentration of ADA and the effect may last for a long time in brain.
