三七皂苷对急性冠脉综合征冠脉支架植入术后P-选择素、组织型纤溶酶原激活物及其抑制物的影响

Effects of Panax Notoginseng Saponins on P-selectin, tissue-type plasmiogen activitor and plasminoge activitor inhibitor-1 levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome after intracoronarystent implantation

摘要: 目的:观察三七皂苷对急性冠脉综合征冠脉支架植入术后患者血中P-选择素、组织型纤溶酶原激活物及其抑制物的影响。 方法:44例急性冠脉综合征行冠脉支架植入术成功的患者,随机分为西药常规治疗(对照组,22例)和西药常规加路路通(三七皂苷)治疗(加中药组,22例)。对患者术前及术后1 d、术后1个月分别采肘静脉血6 mL,用双抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(ABC-ELISA)测血清中P-选择素(Ps)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及其抑制物(PAI-1)浓度水平。 结果:与冠脉植入术后1 d比较,加中药治疗1个月后血清中Ps的浓度(9.170±1.500)g•L-1及PAI-1的活性(0.584±0.075)kAU•L-1均显著降低(P<0.05),而血浆中t-PA的活性(0.877±0.132)明显升高(P<0.05)。 结论:三七皂苷影响纤溶系统,从而减少急性冠脉综合征冠脉支架植入术后冠脉内局部血栓形成,防止支架术后再狭窄。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effects of Panax Notoginseng Saponins on P-selectin (Ps), tissue-type plasmiogen activitor (t-PA) and plasminoge activitor ihibitor-1 (PAI-1) levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome after intracoronary stent implantation. Methods Forty four patients with successful intracoronary stent implantation were divided into routine treatment group (control group,n=22),routine combined with Lu-Lu-Tong (including Panax Notoginseng Saponins 25 g•L-1) treatment group (treatment gorup,n=22) at random. For each case, 6 mL elbow venous blood were collected 24 h before implantation, 1 d and 1 month after implantation, and then the serum Ps, t-PA, and PAI-1 levels were detected by ABC-ELISA. Results The levels of Ps (9.170±1.500)g•L-1 and PAI-1(0.584±0.075)kAU•L-1 1 month after implantation were both significantly decreased (P<0.05), compared with 1 d after implantation. While the level of plasma t-PA (0.877±0.132)was significantly increased compared with control group. Conclusion Panax Notoginseng Saponins are beneficial to the patients after intracoronary stent implantation through regulating the t-PA/PAI system.
