摘要: 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCCB)中的表达规律及其临床意义。 方法:应用免疫组织化学、原位杂交等方法检测30例TCCB组织(实验组)和5例正常膀胱组织(对照组)中MMP-9的表达情况。 结果:实验组中MMP-9呈现不同程度的阳性表达,而对照组中MMP-9不表达或呈分布均匀的微量表达,并且在不同TCCB病理分期、分级的各实验组中,MMP-9的阳性表达随着病理分期、分级的升高呈现增高趋势,各组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论:TCCB中MMP-9的表达情况与TCCB的病理分期、分级密切相关,临床上可以将MMP-9作为判断TCCB侵袭和转移潜能的指标。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB) and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expressions of MMP-9 in 30 surgical resected specimens from patients with TCCB (experimental group) and 5 normal bladder tissues(control group). Results MMP-9 had different degree expressions in experimental group, but the expression was weak or negative in control group. Furthermore, in different grades and stages of tumor tissue, the positive expressions of MMP-9 were significantly increased with stage and grade, there were significant differences in various groups (P<0.05,respectively). Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 is significantly correlated with the pathological grade and stage of TCCB, it could be used as an important index to judge the aggressive and metastatic biologic behavior of TCCB in clinic.
