骨痛灵软膏镇痛作用的药理研究

摘要: 目的:观察骨痛灵软膏(GTLO)的镇痛作用及对血液黏度的影响。 方法:通过小鼠扭体法致痛、热板法致痛、大鼠辐射热照射法致痛试验及急性血瘀模型大鼠血液黏度试验,对GTLO的镇痛和改善血液黏度作用进行药理研究。 结果:GTLO对小鼠扭体法及热板法致痛,大鼠辐射热照射法致痛均具有明显抑制作用,并能明显降低急性血瘀模型大鼠的血浆黏度。 结论:GTLO对多种疼痛模型均具有明显的抑制作用,并能改善急性血瘀模型大鼠的血浆粘滞性。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of Gutongling ointment (GTLO) and its effect on viscidity of blood. Methods Analgesic effect of GTLO and its effect on viscidity of blood were carried through ache models induced by wring body and hot board methods in mice, by irradiation method of radiant heat in rats and test of viscidity of blood in rats with acute stasis of blood. Results GTLO had significant inhibitory action on ache models induced by wring body and hot board methods in mice and by irradiation method of radiant heat in rats, moreover it could reduce significantly viscidity of plasma in rats with acute stasis of blood. Conclusion GTLO has significant inhibitory effect on many experimental ache models and can improve significantly viscidity of plasma in rats with acute stasis of blood.
