申克孢子丝菌和暗色真菌的分离

Isolation of Sporothrix schenckii and dematiacious fungi

摘要: 目的:研究申克孢子丝菌和暗色真菌的分布情况及其生态学。方法: 从吉林地区自然环境中采集腐木、土壤、陈玉米秸、陈麦秸等标本70份,用含放线菌酮的改良沙氏培养基分离菌株,沙氏培养基传代培养,通过观察菌落的外观形态、显微镜下菌丝和孢子的生长形态等方法,鉴定申克孢子丝菌和暗色真菌。结果:70份标本中鉴定出申克孢子丝菌和暗色真菌共37株,分离阳性率为52.86%,其中申克孢子丝菌6株(8.57%),外瓶霉属14株(20%),链格孢3株(4.29%),着色真菌5株(7.14%),疣状瓶霉4株(5.71%),待定5株(7.14%)。同时还分离出镰刀菌、念珠菌、曲霉、青霉菌等条件致病菌。结论:研究申克孢子丝菌和暗色真菌、孢子丝菌病、皮肤着色真菌病及暗色丝孢霉病的发病原因及预防具有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the distribution and ecology of Sporothrix schenckii and dematiacious fungi in Jilin District of Jilin Province. Methods Seventy samples of rotten wood, soil, corn stalk and rice stalk from natural environment were collected. Suspected fungi were isolated by SDA mixed with actidione. Then, they were cultured and subcultured by SDA. By this means, Sporothrix schenckii and pathogenic dematiacious fungi were isolated and identified. Results In seventy samples, thirty-seven strains of Sporothrix schenckii and dematiacious fungi had been identified, the positive rate was 52.86%. There were 6 strains of Sporothrix schenckii (8.57%), Exophiala 14 (20%), Alternaria 3 (4.29%), Fonsecaea 5 (7.14%), Phialophora verrucosa 4 (5.71%), unidentified fungi 5 (7.14%) among them. Opportunistic pathogen, namely Fusarium, Aspergillus, Penicilliun had also been isolated. Conclusion The study is of great significance to learn about the distribution and ecology of Sporothrix schenckii and dematiacious fungi. It is also important to the etiology, pathogenesis and prevention of sporothichosis, chromomycosis, and phaeohyphomycosis.
