IL-1β参与脑内核团诱发升压反应的机制

Interleukin-1β involved in pressor response induced by intracerebral nucleus

摘要: 目的:研究白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)对脑内核团诱发升压反应的作用。 方法:将SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组与实验组,利用脑立体定位微量注射系统给药,观察IL -1β在室旁核(NPV)或弓状核(AR)诱发升压反应中的作用。 结果:①室旁核或弓状核(尾端)内注入0.2 ng的 IL-1β后血压明显升高,并伴有心率明显加快,与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01);②预先向双侧室旁核或弓状核注射抗IL-1β抗体均能明显减弱由40 nmol谷氨酸钠注入中央杏仁核所诱发的升压反应,但对其心率加快反应无明显影响(P>0.05),其血压变化值与注射煮沸的抗IL-1β抗体后的血压变化值比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。 结论:下丘脑室旁核及弓状核内的IL-1β均介导兴奋中央杏仁核诱发的升压反应。

Abstract: Interleukin-1β involved in pressor response induced by intracerebral nucleus LU Yang1,2, QU Xian1, SU Jian-jun2,ZhANG Ch Objective To study the effects of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) on pressor response induced by intracerebral nucleus. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control groups and experimental groups. The stereotaxic microinjection system was used to inject IL-1β into hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus or arcurate nucleus, and the effects of IL-1β on pressor response induced by either of these two nuclei were observed. Results ①Microinjection of IL-1β (0.2 ng) into hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus or arcurate nucleus produced significant press or and tachycardiac responses,there were significant differences compared with control group (P<0.01);②Preinjection of rabbit anti-interleukin-1β antibody into bilateral hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus or arcuate nucleus attenuated the hypertensive response induced by microinjection of 40 nmol sodium glutamate into central amygdaloid, but did not show significant effect on heart rate(P>0.05), and the change of blood pressure was significant when compared with boiled anti-IL-1β antibody (P<0.01). Conclusion Pressor effects of central amygdaloid nucleus are mediated by IL-1β in hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus or arcurate nucleus.
