人参二醇皂苷对犬急性心源性休克的保护作用

Protective effects of PDS on acute cardiogenic shock in dogs

摘要: 目的:观察人参二醇皂苷(PDS)对犬急性心源性休克的保护作用。 方法:将24只杂种犬随机分为4组(每组6只):溶媒(RM)对照组、生脉(SM)阳性药对照组、PDS 12.5 mg·kg-1组和PDS 25.0 mg·kg-1组。采用麻醉开胸犬,结扎冠状动脉左前降支(LAD),复制犬急性心源性休克模型,测定心肌缺血程度(∑-ST)和心肌缺血范围(N-ST),梗死面积及血液流变学变化。 结果:PDS 12.5和25.0 mg·kg-1组与溶媒对照组比较,∑-ST和N-ST明显下降(P<0.05, P<0.01),心肌梗死面积缩小(P<0.05, P<0.01),全血黏度和红细胞压积降低(P<0.05)。 结论:PDS可减轻心肌缺血程度和缺血范围,缩小心肌梗死面积,降低全血黏度和红细胞压积,对急性心源性休克犬具有保护作用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the protective effects of panaxdiols saponin (PDS) on acute cardiogenic shock in dogs. Methods Twenty-four dogs were divided at random into four groups:normal control,positive control,12.5 mg·kg-1 PDS and 25.0 mg·kg-1PDS groups.The degree and range of myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction size and the changes of the hemorrheology were determined by using the acute cardiogenic shock models of ligation of LAD in the anaesthetized o pen-chest dogs. Results Compared with normal control group,the degrees and ranges of myocardial ischemia in 12.5 mg·kg-1 PDS group and 25.0 mg·kg-1PDS group were decreased significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01), the myocardial infarction sizes were reduced (P<0.05,P<0.01 ) , the whole blood viscosity and hematocrit (HCT) were decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion PDS can decrease the degree and range of myocardial ischemia,myocardial infarction size, the whole blood viscosity and HCT in acute cardiogenic shock dogs. PDS has protective effects on acute cardiogenic shock in dogs.
