血管内皮细胞生长因子在颊癌中的表达及意义

Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in carcinoma of cheek and its significance

摘要: 目的:研究血管内皮细胞生长因子在颊癌中的表达,探讨其与颊癌的发生、发展的关系。 方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测40例颊癌组织、30例癌旁组织、10例正常颊黏膜组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达水平的变化。 结果:颊癌组织、癌旁组织和正常颊黏膜组织中的VEGF表达率分别为85.0%、26.7%、10.0%,经统计学处理三者表达率比较差异有显著性(χ2 =32.26,P<0.01);随着病理分级的升高,VEGF阳性表达强度增高,与病理分级呈正相关(rs=0.672, P<0.001);随着临床分期的升高,VEGF阳性强度增强,与临床分期呈正相关(rs=0.493, P<0.01)。 结论:VEGF在颊癌发生、发展、浸润及转移中具有重要的作用,可作为一种有价值的标志物。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in carcinoma of cheek in order to investigate the relation with carcinogenesis and development of carcinoma of cheek. Methods The expression levels of VEGF were determined by S-P method of immunohistochemistry technique in 40 tissues of carcinoma of cheek, 30 para-carcinoma and 10 normal mucosa. Results The expression rates of VEGF in the tissues of carcinoma of cheek, para-carcinoma and normal mucosa were 5.0%,26.7%,10.0%,respectively. There was remarkable difference in the statistic (χ2=32.26, P<0.01). The VEGF expression level showed positive correlation with the pathologic grade of carcinoma of cheek (rs=0.672,P<0.001) and clinic stage of carcinoma of cheek (rs =0.493,P<0.01). Conclusion VEGF plays important roles in the development, infestation and transfer in carcinoma of cheek. It can be regarded as a valuable marker.
