甲醛对小鼠血清和肝脏丙二醛及超氧化物歧化酶的影响

Effects of formaldehyde on MDA contents and SODactivities in serum and liver of mice

摘要: 目的:探讨吸入性甲醛对小鼠体内脂质过氧化的影响。 方法:将50只雄性健康小鼠随机分为5组(对照组和4个染毒组)进行静式染毒。每天2 h连续染毒7周后将小鼠全部处死,测定其血清和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性。 结果:各染毒组小鼠血清和肝脏MDA含量均明显升高,SOD活性均明显降低(P<0.05),且各染毒组MDA含量随染毒剂量的增加而增高,SOD活性随染毒剂量的增加而降低。 结论:用甲醛对小鼠进行吸入性染毒破坏了体内的脂质过氧化反应的平衡状态,并使其抗氧化能力明显降低。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of inhalant formaldehyde on lipid peroxidation in mice. Methods Fifty male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: one control group and four experimental groups. The mice were poisoned 2 hours one day for 7 weeks continuously,then were killed. The contents of MDA and the activeties of SOD in serum and liver were measured. Results The contents of MDA in different experimental groups were significantly higher than that in control group, and the activities of SOD were remarkably lower than that in control group (P<0.01).The contents of MDA in different experimental groups showed an increasing tendency,and the activities of SOD showed a reducing tendency with the increase of the formaldehyde doses. Conclusion A certain dose of formaldehyde can destroy the balance of lipid peroxidation in mice,the ability of antioxidation is reduced obviously.
