Abstract:

Objective To study the effect of combined hepatitis A-measles-varicella vaccine on the cellular immunity. Methods BALB/c mice were inculated with combined hepatitis A-measles-varicella vaccine, hepatitis A vaccine, measles  vaccine, varicella vaccine respectively, two weeks later the blood was obtained to detect the percents of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+  with FCM, the stimulation  index(SI) of lymphocyte was calculated by ConA stimulating ,the  phagotrophic percent of macrophage was detected with  Giemsa staining, the  mRNA levels of IFN-γ  and IL-2  were determined with  RT-PCR .Results CD3+/CD8+ ratio  in  combined vaccine group was much higher than those in  every monovalent vaccine group  (P<0.05). SI in  combined vaccine group in lymphocyte transformation test was much higher than those in   every monovalent vaccine group (P<0.05).The macrophage phagot
rophic percent in combined vaccine group  was much higher than those in   ev
ery monovalent vaccine group(P<0.05).The expressions  of  IFN-γ and IL-2 mRNA  in combined vaccine group were much higher than those in   every monovalent vaccine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined hepatitisA-measles-varicella vaccine is better than monovalent vaccine in improving the cellular immune function .
