Investigation on Combustion Processes of Automotive Diesel Engine with Different Charging Systems

Cylinder pressure diagrams,fuel injection pressure histories both on pump side and injector side,injector needle valve lift are measured in practical total speed range for a turbocharging diesel engine.Fuel injection rate profiles and heat release rate profiles are calculated according by software pack for diesel engine fuel injection & combustion analysis and diagnosis.Analysis method of fuel injection and combustion process by means of characteristic parameters is proposed and applied to an automotive direct injection diesel engine with 3 kinds of different charging systems and useful results are obtained.

The introduction of the feed method of natural gas in the double fuel engine of the natural gas/Diesel by the technique of electronically controlled gas injection makes the engine have better performance in power,economy and emission.The injection pressure and phase position of natural gas have a great effect on the performance of engine.The article presents the study of the injection pressure and phase position of the double fuel engine of the natural gas/diesel.

This paper studies the self adaptive control scheme and algorithms of switchable damper.The introduced algorithms can be self adaptive to different road spectral density inputs,and can be realized very easily.Considering that some state variables are not so convenient to measure,Kalman filter is used in the paper.Simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithms.

The paper expounds the working principle and control method of the mechanic hydraulic control system,through studying the typical control system of the metal pushing V belt continuously variable transmission (CVT).The dynamic performance and hydraulic control system have been studied through experiment.The test results and theoritical study agree well with each other.

Numerical simulation of multi point bending process of strip under different loading paths is dealt with the finite element polycrystal model.The results of multi point forming of aluminium sheet under conditions of multi point die forming and edge to center forming are predicted by the developed FEPM software,which are the fields of equivalent tress,equivalent strain and average stress.Both calculated results and experimental results are verified.

Digital high speed on off valve is used in the article as priority valve to make up of digital electro hydraulic proportional directional valve,which fulfills digitized control of working device for loader.Mathematical model and control law of the digital electro hydraulic proportion system are put forward.Furthermore,computing simulation and experimental verification are carried out.

Cell type metering device can not meet the needs of precision planting.One of the main reasons is that the device is not suitable for the variety of seed size.In this paper,a new type of vertical plate metering device filling in inside,i.e,precision metering device with concave metering inner cell is chosen as an example.Through the theoretical analysis and computer simulation of the clearing process of a small seed in metering inner cell,the result shows when the seeds in metering inner-cell are smaller,the main factors of affecting clearing process are the length of metering inner cells and the rotative velocity of the vertical-plate.

This paper develops algorithms on synthetic data generation based on the mathematic model presented by IBM Almaden Center.Synthetic data generaion is the test foundation of association rule research.To verify that the new algorithm is advanced to the existings on performances and scalibility,the authors need to compare existing algorithms with new algorithms on various kinds of datasets different in size and potentially strong item size.The research makes it releasable and the result is relatively satisfactory.

In this paper,the improved r and h adaptive finite element method based on matrix perturbation theory and element energy ratio is proposed.In structure vibration analysis,through r convergence adaptive finite element process,mesh optimization can be realized.In the light of the judgement on the changes in the magnitude of element energy ratio,a local optimal refinement can be achieved in the process of h convergence adaptive finite element method so that more accurate finite element solutions can be obtained with as least grids as possible.A lot of numerical examples are given and the proposed approach is shown to be feasible and effective.

Experimental Study of Femoral Stress in Front and Rear Bone Replacement to Artificial Femoral Head

Femoral stress has been studied by electrometric experimental stress analysis methods to know about femoral stress value and its distribution case in front and rear of replacement to artificial femoral head.Study results show that left and right femoral stress is larger than that of front and rear.The stress near the femoral head obviously decreases after replacing femoral head with the artificial.The stress change of every point is very small after fixing by artificial femoral head using bone cement.The stress declining is inhibited near femoral head after using artificial femroal head with collar.The study results mean much for clinic treatment and can provide scrientific basis for developing better artificial femoral head.

The paper discusses the changes of vibration systems with close frequencies.As the system parameters are changed,the relation of systems between close frequencies and repeated frequencies is formed.A simple and efficient sensitivity formula based on perturbation method for near defective systems is presented.

The exhaust emission data from an automotive gasoline engine is taken with 9-mode Emission Test Cycle.The test mode emission contributions of three kinds of CO,HC and NOx pollutants are analyzed.Based on the calculated contributions of the individual test mode and the same kind of test modes in the test cycle,the key modes for controlling emissions are found.

The differential equation of long span plate of flexual vibration is established in this paper.The parameters in the equation are determined by the model experiment.The calculation results indicate that the mathematical model can accordingly represent the intrinsic mechanism of the self excited vibration.It is useful for determining the characteristics of long-span plate gate vibration of an engineering structure.

The measuring apparatus,according to the buoyancy principle,is used to ascertain the density of the solid materials when the density of the distilled water is known,especially,when the objects are combined together with two different materials.If the density and the gravity of one material between them is known,the apparatus can automatically work out the result of the another one,and the unbroken measurement can be obtained.And it can process the temperature compensation and calculation.The results can printed automatically.
