Computer Actualization of the Section Geometry Contour of Pneumatic Tire

The basic formulae of tire equilibrium inside contour and the parameters of tire outside contour ascertained by means of calculation and selection are applied to realize the computer creating of the tire geometry contour by computer program in this paper. The calculation results of this program are accurate.reliable and good visualization comparied with real tire contour, which can be applied to automatically generate the geometry contour of various tire and supply convenience for the research of the tire temperature filed afterwards. At the same time, Key words calculation is also done to analyze the relation between tire structural parameters (namely tire outside diameter.section width etc.) and the section contour of a tire, which provides the references to design tire.

Numerical Simulation Research of Automotive Flow-field and Trailing Vortices

This paper does numerical simulation research of RED-FLAG CA774 and gets the structure of whole outer flow-field and trailing vortices. The authors successfully simulate the appearance of flow separation and towing vortices, and on the basis of numerical simulation, discuss flowing state of vertical and horizontal flow, wake vortices structure and the mechanism of flow separation, formation and development of trailing vortices. The results of numerical simulation, compared with test results, are verified correctly.

This paper proposes a procedure for ANN in vibration drilling, mainly studying the model and algorithm of ANN which are applied to processing simulation and parametric optimum of varying-parameters vibration drilling. The experiments show that the ANN systems are of high precision. It also provides a new study and analysis method for the study of vibration drilling.

The Applications of Constrained Divided-flow Technique to Cold Precision Forging Spur Gears

With the aim of the practical production, the cold precision forging technology of spur gears are researched systematically for15#,45# and 20 CrMnTi steel. The two-step forming technology combined closed die-forging with constrained hole divided-flow is presented. The updated design method of teethshape die based on addendum modification theory is proposed. The results show that the two-step forming technique is very effective on decreasing cold precision forging load of spur gears and the cold forged 20 CrMnTi steel spur gears have higher precision by applying the teeth-shape modification method proposed.

Section Analysis Element for Quick Simulation of Complex Stamping Process

Using elasto-plastic large deformation FEM based on finite deformation virtual power-rate, a kind of two-node plane-strain shell element model for section analysis is constructed. The section line of the tool is described by NURBS for contact judgement, whose aims is to get ideal result of blank sheet stamping simulation quickly. With an oil pan used in car as an example, the result of section analysis is compared with the results of 3D analysis and experiment. The feasibility and efficiency of the section analysis technology is verified.

The magnitude and direction of lath martensitic shape strain is firstly measured by a new interference method in this research. The results obtained show that the same habit variant (575)f has two shape strain directions, and measured magnitude of the shape strain is smaller than the one deliberated by Sandivk and Wayman. All experimental data support forecasting of shear-rotation crystallography theory.

Microstructure and Properties of a New Type of Ledeburite Cast Die Steel with Granular Carbide

A new type of ledeburite cast die steel with granular carbide is achieved for the first time, which solves the problem of low strength and toughness of precision cast Cr12 type steel. The results show that the matrix of the new type cast steel is dislocation martensite with a few of twin martensite and retained austenite, whose carbide morphology, different from that of the conventional ledeburite cast die steel, is in an evenly-distributed granular form in different section dimensions. At HRC 60-62, its impact toughness, higher than that of the conventional ledeburite cast steel, reachs the lower limit of impact toughness. The new type of cast steel also has obviously higher fracture toughness and resistance to fatigue crack propagation than the conventional ledeburite cast steel and forged Cr12 type steel, and retains high wear resistance. Furthermore, the on-the-spot utilization test is carried out for the new type of ledeburite cast die steel.

A Fractal Compression Coding Method with Higher Reconstruction Quality

Through a relation analysis of paste error and reconstruction error during the process of fractal image compression coding, based on the controlling of error space, the paper presents a decreasing paste error method which need no additional bits (i. e. No change of the compression radio). The error space is effectively reduced, and simultaneously, the reconstruction error reduced and the reconstruction quality increased.Simulation results show that based on the approximately same coding time, the error space is decreased from 0.29~0.37 to 0.01~0.17 and the PSNR of reconstruction image has an increase of 0.513~1.634.

In this paper the algorithms of data mining based on association rules are discussed. An environment of algorithms tested is very important. This environment can lead the studies of algorithms on data mining and help somebody determine choice one to use. The synthetic data problem-oriented is more useful than the synthetic data stimulation-oriented in the test environment. We have advanced some ideas of data mining after studied Apriori. The second mining will improve efficiency of KDD for lots of rules which had been mined can be used.

Application of Topology Optimization in the Simulation of Bone's Structure

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of topology optimization in the simulation of bone's structure. A nonlinear speed equation of bone's reconstruction combining with the finite element method (FEM) is adopted. By introducing topology-optimizing concept into engineering, the influences of original shape and refining of FEM meshes are discussed on the shape, inner structure and mass of human vertebra.

In order to supply a mechanics basis of the best design of a clinical protection for planting basic abutment, the paper studies, calculates, compares the structures, and handles various connecting modes by using the sliding friction element. In doing so, we have used the computer to make a three-dimensional graph structure and a boundary treatment, and applies a three-dimensional finite element method to analyze the stress field and the displacement field of the combining supported prostheses under a load in four different connecting modes.

The generalized eigenproblem of defective system for linear vibration is considered. With Puiseux expansion of the perturbed eigensolutions, a set of numerical formulae for computing the perturbed eigenvalues and corresponding engenvectors are presented. These formulae are easy to do on computers. According to m multiplicity of defective system, the approximation of the numerical solutions may be higher than order O (ε1/m) with ε(small parameter).

In this paper, the function is summed by means of symmetry. The trigomometric interpolation combination polynomial Sn. (f; r, x) is constructed. If the function f(x)∈C, then Sn(f; r, x) converge the function f(x) uniformly on (-∞ , +∞ ), and the convergence order is the best if f(x)∈ Cj, where 0≤j≤ r, r is an arbitrary odd natural number.

Based on the equivalence between the aerodynamical equation and the shallow water long wave equation, the lattice Boltzmann method is proposed to simulate the shallow water wave equation. The evolution of the distribution function has been given. The numerical simulations are presented and compared with the exact solution.

The control technology based on fuzzy logic in multi-level PWM converter is presented. It is implemented to output the step wave through controlling the on-off combination of every power device. The harmonic wave and ripple component of the converter is greatly reduced. It is more effective to regulate the system and the voltage and current of DC capacitances. At the end of the paper, the simulation result is derived.

Based on theoretical analysis, road driving tests and bench tests, the paper studies effects of breakdown of one of the liquid pipelines for braking system with tandem master cylinder on the braking performance. The paper also discusses the tendency and causes of decreasing braking efficiency, increasing brake lag, decreasing stability and controllability in driving direction, when one pipe of two liquid pipes is defected. Finally, an improved construction of braking master cylinder is presented.

On the basis of traffic flow fundamentals, this paper establishes a series of multivariate linear regression models combined with the characteristics of the fixed transportation in China. By this models, this paper calibrates some factors which affect the saturation flow rate, and calibrates the revision coefficient fw on the basis of the relationship between the road width and the bus velocity.
