摘要:
为获得锈蚀对冷弯薄壁型钢纯自攻螺钉连接与自攻螺钉-拉铆钉混合连接抗剪性能的影响,对锈蚀状态下的上述连接试件进行剪切试验。结果表明:连接钢板的力学性能指标随失重率增加呈线性下降的趋势;同失重率下,纯自攻螺钉连接试件抗剪承载力下降幅度大于自攻螺钉-拉铆钉混合连接试件,且锈蚀时间越长此现象越明显;引入锈蚀因子确定此类连接的承载力计算公式,为锈损冷弯薄壁型钢连接承载力安全评估提供相应参考。
