高速列车浸入与不变自适应容错控制方法

Immersion and invariance fault-tolerant control for a class high-speed trains

摘要: 针对高速列车中牵引系统的故障问题,提出了一种高速列车浸入与不变自适应容错控制方法。首先,通过对高速列车进行动力学分析,建立了高速列车多质点误差非线性动力学模型。在此基础上,通过分析高速列车中牵引系统的故障问题,建立了相应的高速列车非线性故障动力学模型。为了实现高速列车在故障模式与非故障模式下的控制器切换,提出了一种基于状态观测器的故障诊断方法。根据故障诊断模块提供的故障信息,通过选择故障时的调节函数β,对相应的浸入与不变自适应估计率进行重构。理论证明了高速列车容错控制系统的稳定性和收敛域,并通过仿真实例验证了本文方法的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the problem of actuator failure of high-speed trains, an adaptive fault-tolerant control scheme is presented. First, a nonlinear uncertain dynamic model for high-speed trains under normal operating state is built, and corresponding model with actuator failure is analyzed. Then, to realize fault-tolerant control, a module using high-speed train model based state observer for fault detection and isolation is designed. The adaptation law can be reconfigured according to the output of fault detection and isolation based on train operating state, which forms a new framework of adaptive fault-tolerant control via selection of different tuning function β. The stability of the fault-tolerant control system of high-speed trains is proved theoretically. Numerical simulations of a train model verify the effectiveness of the presented scheme.
