摘要: 提取中国武汉市3.26 km2的某居住用地作为规划区,运用Trans CAD仿真软件对野外采集的居民出行量、道路通行量矩阵进行预测及出行平衡分析,创建目标年(2020)出行量矩阵,获取开放型及封闭型社区道路分配参数,结合开发强度及规划区与社区空间单元之间的集聚度等进行可视化评估。结果证明:开放社区比封闭社区出行耗时少,排队距离短,出行成本低;规划区与空间单元社区具有关联性。邻近社区单元之间呈正相关性,东南方向主干道交汇处集聚度高,居民出行量集中;西北方向三环线周围社区之间集聚度低,早晚高峰流时段居民可选择此通道出行;中间邻近社区之间集聚度不明显。
