应用直接法求解拉延筋约束力

摘要: 结合板料冲压计算机模拟的实际情况,改进了李东升[1]等人提出的拉延筋约束力求解模型。在板料成形模拟过程中采用弹塑性本构方程,推导出塑性状态下应力应变关系。考虑厚向各向异性、应变率、弹性力和应变硬化的影响,根据平面应变假设采用弹塑性幂次强化模型求解拉延筋约束阻力,并将结果与试验值对比,从而验证了此改进方法的有效性。

Abstract: According to the method presented by Li Dong sheng etc.[1],we make use of power model of strengthening to develop the relation between stress and strain.The Bauschinger effect and the normal anisotropy and strain rate sensitivity to establish the model for solving the drawbead restrain forces.The results computed by this model are compared with those obtained by experiment.
