超高压提取山楂叶中黄酮类化合物

High hydrostatic pressure extraction of flavonoids from Hawthorn leaves

摘要: 为了研究超高压提取山楂叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺,采用超高压技术常温提取,正交试验优化,分光光度法检测山楂叶中黄酮类化合物的含量。结果表明:超高压提取山楂叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺参数为:提取溶剂为50%乙醇,提取压力为400 MPa,料液比为1∶45,提取温度为60 ℃,提取时间为3 min。该超高压提取工艺具有提取效率高、时间短、杂质含量少等优点。

Abstract: High hydrostatic pressure extraction (HHPE) technique was used to extract flavonoids from Hawthorn leaves at normal temperature. The content of flavonoids was determined by UVspectrophotometry. Parameters that may influence the extraction process were investigated. Orthogonal test was applied to obtain the optimum extraction condition, which was as follows: solid dissolved in 50% ethanol, ratio of raw Hawthorn leaves (g) to solvent (ml) of 1∶45, temperature of 60 ℃, extraction pressure of 400 MPa and extraction time of 3 min. Results of this work show that HHPE possesses several advantages over other extraction methods, such as higher efficiency, shorter extraction time, and less impurity in the extracted flavonoids.
