摘要:

磷酸铁锂动力电池是以单体电池在50%SOC状态下的静态开路电压、交流内阻和容量为标准进行分选配组的,但在实际使用过程中电池管理系统所检测到的是单体电池的动态电压,而动态电压与静态开路电压并不一致,因而实际结果并不理想。本文在此基础上,以单体电池脉冲过程中的动态电压差为参数进行分选,并对分选后的多块电池组装后进行测试,取得了良好的结果。

Abstract:

The power battery is sorted which takes the open circuit voltage,the ACIR and the capacity as standard on 50%SOC static condition,but the battery manage system detect the voltage which is dynamic not as same as static voltage,so the actual result is not ideal.Based on this,sorting batteries by taking the dynamic voltage difference under impulse charging and discharging process,then carrying on the test to the battery pack,and obtaining a good result.
