进气道偏置对四气门柴油机进气门口三维流场的影响

The Influence of Intake-valve Port Offset on Three-dimensional Flow Field in Four-valve Diesel Engine

摘要: 研制了四气门柴油机单独进气道、单气道中置缸盖及气门口三维流速测量装置。在稳流气道试验台上,利用热线风速仪测量了不同气道布置方案下的进气门出口三维流场,揭示了进气道偏置对四气门柴油机进气门口三维流场影响的变化规律。气道的偏置使气门口切向速度大小发生了变化,速度分布变化很大,这种影响随升程的增加而增大。

Abstract: Four valve diesel engine experimental center is designed and cylinder head for single port,single ports,and flow velocity measuring device around the intake valve flow field are installed in this paper.With these devices,experimental study on the stationary flow test bench is carried out.The law of intake valve three dimensional flow field by the influence of port offset is explored.Port offset leads to obvious difference and fluctuation of tangential velocity in the port exit.The influence is greater as the valve lift is higher.
