摘要:
为实现一带一路通道内物资的高效互通并带动沿线城市的经济发展,本文对一带一路沿线配送中心的选址进行了研究。考虑配送中心受城市间经济发展的吸引作用及投资运营成本因素,基于场论和拓扑结构定量化计算方法,建立了一带一路沿线配送中心选址效用函数,采用熵权法TOPSIS进行参数标定和计算,以效用最大化为优化目标求解最优化选址方案。结果表明:模型兼顾配送中心的拓扑吸引作用和对一带一路沿线多种运输方式的衔接作用,实现了总成本的最小化。本模型应用于一带一路沿线配送中心的选址,得到最优化的配送中心数量和位置布局,有利于完善一带一路沿线的运输网络布局,提高运输效率,降低运输成本,实现一带一路沿线各城市间的资源平衡和经济辐射,促进一带一路沿线区域的整体协同发展。
