水性嵌段型纳米结构内墙漆

Waterborne block type nanostructural paints for interior wall

摘要: 在不使用乳化剂的情况下,利用分子自组装聚合技术制备了丙烯酸聚酯纳米乳液,用TEM、DSC、FTIR方法对聚合物的结构与性能进行了表征, TEM结果表明该纳米乳液粒径小于100 nm。用它制成了水性嵌段型纳米结构内墙漆,形成的漆膜非常致密,并且漆膜机械强度高、附着力强,防护性能优良。试验结果表明了其耐洗刷性有很大提高,可以达到5000次以上。

Abstract: A new type of polymer nanoemulsion was synthesized by molecular selfassembly technique. The emulsion particle size observed by TEM is less than 100 nm. The dry film properties were studied by FTIR and DSC. The results of these measurements support the idea that polyacrylate molecular segments assemble with polyester segments. Then based on the polymer nanoemulsion, waterborne block type exterior architectural nanopaints were prepared. The waterborne coatings show good waterresistance, physicsmechanical properties and decorative and protective performance. Scrub resistance is improved greatly as high as 5000 times.
