Computer Actualization of the Section Geometry Contour of Pneumatic Tire

Abstract:

The basic formulae of tire equilibrium inside contour and the parameters of tire outside contour ascertained by means of calculation and selection are applied to realize the computer creating of the tire geometry contour by computer program in this paper. The calculation results of this program are accurate.reliable and good visualization comparied with real tire contour, which can be applied to automatically generate the geometry contour of various tire and supply convenience for the research of the tire temperature filed afterwards. At the same time, Key words calculation is also done to analyze the relation between tire structural parameters (namely tire outside diameter.section width etc.) and the section contour of a tire, which provides the references to design tire.
