Application of least square support vector machine for automatic test equipment metrological parameter stability assessment

Abstract:

An assessment method based on the least square support vector machine(LSSVM) was proposed for the stability of the nonlinear timevarying metrological parameters of the automatic test equipment(ATE). The variation of the parameters of ATE was modelled as a nonlinear time array. Using the radial basis function as the kernel function of LSSVM, a prediction model was built for the nonlinear time varying metrological parameters. Based on the calculated results of the prediction model, using the fuzzy hierarchy analysis to assess the stability of the metrological parameters. Simulation results show that the proposed method is good for the parameter variation prediction of ATE.
