A Model Experimental Study on Anti-adhesion Effect between Dump Truck and Soil by PET Lining

Abstract: Soil adhesion tests of the dump truck model are completed in this paper.With three different moisture contents soils,the weight of the model equipped with PET lining and non PET lining is measured.The results show that soil adhesion is the heaviest at 20% in moisture content whether the PET lining is installed or not,while consecutive loading times are 8~10 before cleaning.Adhesion soil weight of the model is 50% of the gross capacity for non PET lining model,and is less than 5% for installing PET lining model.
